PV Power Packs

The PV Power Packs program began in 2015 with the goal of assisting Perkiomen Valley students facing food insecurity.  Power Packs has expanded its mission to provide clothes, shoes, winter coats, school supplies and personal care items to students in need. Ironbridge Charity Group supports this mission and to date has donated over $5,500 toward the purchase of school/personal supplies, gift cards and backpacks.  ICG volunteers have also delivered holiday meals to families in need through the Power Packs program.

"PV Power Packs has been thrilled to partner with Ironbridge Charity Group to bring more resources to the students of Perkiomen Valley.  Ironbridge Charity Group has been extremely helpful by providing additional funding for our Holiday Shop so that over 100 students could get gifts for the winter holidays, delivering spring meal boxes to our families, and providing gift cards to families affected by Hurricane Ida.  We look forward to continuing to partner in ways yet to be discovered and thank Ironbridge Charity Group for reaching out to us."

Community Member in Need

Ironbridge Charity Group was made aware of a Collegeville resident and family who were in need of assistance. The resident had suffered a spinal cord injury and needed help preparing their property for sale.  ICG Board Members and volunteers organized to remove a fence, decking and pool.  Our organizatioin also donated $1,240 to cover the cost of dumpsters and supplies to complete the project.

"Thank you so much to Ironbridge Charity Group who organized and completed a phenomenal job that would have been a hefty fee for us to bear.  After a heartbreaking traumatic accident we no longer have the 'manpower' to take care of our house and land. Ironbridge came together to take down our deck and pool and sponsored the clean up and removal, thus raising our property value and getting us one step closer to moving. Thank you to the kind hearts of Ironbridge!"

PV Woods

Ironbridge Charity Group was honored to support the Perkiomen Valley School District at the PV Woods Community Day and Lenape Arboretum dedication.  This very special event held at the Lenape Arboretum in Collegeville hosted the largest gathering of Lenape people in PA in the last 250 years.

"The Ironbridge Charity Group was a fantastic and helpful resource for the implementation of the Lenape Arboretum dedication and community. Their tireless volunteers assisted with all aspects of the day, from set up, to assisting with transportation of Lenape elders, and helping ensure that everything went smoothly during the event and clean-up. We are delighted to have formed this relationship with the Ironbridge Charity Group and value their support of our endeavors."
